Viburnum aff. tinoides - BSWJ10612

Pot Size: 15 litre
Price: £25.00
Description:
A graceful introduction on our first visit to the Paramo (alpine flora) in Colombia to the south of Bogota at 3200 m in September 2004. Where this aged large evergreen densely branched shrub was clothed in ovate glossy bright green leaves to 5 cm long, a perfect foil for the 7.5 cm wide cymes of small white flowers borne a plenty, still retaining some of its plump red-purple fruit. Best grown in full sun to light shade in a drained fertile soil, tucked out of freezing winds and hard frosts.
