Pot Size: 2 litre (deep)
Description: From our collections made at the early stages of our 2002 trek with Dan Hinkley in Eastern Nepal, found growing at the edge of dense forest on rocks. Where their fleshy roots formed an enveloping dense carpet, with sturdy upright stems to 1m tall. With stem-sheathing narrow foliage and congested terminal clusters of elongated seed capsules, which had succeeded the broad-lipped orchid-like successive flowers, variably coloured from white to purple June-October. Easily grown in sun or shade in a humus-rich soil that is drained.
