Description:
A scarce species that we have encountered on Shikoku Island, Japan. With upward facing primrose-yellow dark purple-spotted flowers, borne just above the lightly spotted thick textured leaves, on stems to only 30cm. Aug-Oct. For a moist leafy well drained soil in full-part shade, protect from excess winter wet.
